This is a low-cost solar-heated bin dryer that was invented by Michael Reid and James Thompson both from university of California Davis and tried and tested by the Horticulture Innovation Lab in the United States of America. It is well suited to use with crops such as maize, peanuts, chick-peas, beans, roots/ tubers and even specialty items like coffee and cacao.
